做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
