做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
