做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
