做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
