做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
