做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
