做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即(jí )可品尝。 -
