做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
