做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
