做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
