做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
