做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
