做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮(pí )泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
