做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
