做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
