做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
