做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
