做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
