做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
