做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的(de )清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
