做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
