做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
