做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
