做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
