做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料(liào ),武(wǔ )火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
