做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
