做法(fǎ ):洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
