做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
