做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
