做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝(cháng )。 -
