做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
