做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
