做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
