做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
