做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
