做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
