做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
