做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
