做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
