做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
