做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
