做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
