做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
