做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
