做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
