做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
