做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
