做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
